When it's time to drop off your kids:

1.) Stay calm / confident during the drop off (if you freak, your kid will freak).
2.) Keep it short & sweet (then run)
3.) Ask for help from you caregiver (or at least warn them)
4.) Take a night off and get a baby-sitter starting at 6 months old.
5.) Don't forget to keep your sense of humor!
