Life goes on...

I have been fitting it, but this morning it beat me down! Every time we start working out and eat good, we get sick. Well, this time is no different. As we're about ready to start our fourth week, I had to go back to bed very disappointed this morning!

Today was my cardio day, I should of gone downstairs and run on my treadmill. Instead, after a half of coffee cup, I declared myself defeated. I went to tell my husband, with the lease words as possible because it hurts so much to talk, that I'm going back to bed. It just gets to a point where you have to let your body recuperate. I had a couple of days last week that I worked out, even though I was feeling sick. But this morning was not going to be one of them. It hurts to breath, I cannot imagine how it would be if I would of try to run...

Now that I'm up again, and still don't feel good, I have to take care of my daughter. She doesn't care that I'm sick. She still got up with a dirty diaper, wanting breakfast and want to watch Elmo. That doesn't change because I'm sick. I finally made it through the morning, but now it's time to come up with lunch... what??? I'm not even hungry, I had 3 million Halls to help my throat this morning, I'm not hungry, but she is! I guess that is what a mom's life is about; forget about your own problems and take care of your children. I have to admit that normally I don't stop and think about that fact, it just happens. Even Today, the problem is not that I have to take care of her, it's all the other stuff that I was supposed to do Today, that's the problem! Life goes on, even if you are sick. You just have to decide what can wait and what has to be done!

For me, right now, it's time for a nap. I just put the baby to bed, perfect timing! I'll take care of the rest when we get up ;-)

God bless!
